Memo to University of Tennessee Students:
#1 When crossing the street it is best to look both ways for traffic, even if that means moving the cell phone from your ear for a couple of seconds.
#2 Before crossing the street it is also best to look and see if the "Walk" signal is up, if not, -- you should not cross the street.
#3 When the RED "Don't Walk", is up, then you do not walk across the street.
I have listed these 3 rules as a courtesy to UT students, who do not understand the crossing the street "rules".
