Short Bus

So I drop the kids off at school and I turn down a little side road to get back to Cedar Lane and right at the end of the road is a short bus with it's stop sign/light out. So I wait on bus 2119 for a few minutes and then a blonde gets out of the bus and walks up to these apartments. She goes to the last one and waits while a small child comes out and they walk back to the bus. They sit there for a couple more minutes and then finally drive off. What the hell was that about?
