Hall of Fame

It's that time of year again when they announce the finalists for the NFL hall of fame. They can pick as few as 3 or as many as 6. There are of course many deserving candidates, but there is one who should have gotten in last year in his first year of eligibility. The man is Michael Irvin. His nickname was "The Playmaker", and even though I hated the Cowboys and even Irvin himself, he was so true to his nickname. He was one of the greatest wide receivers I have ever seen. Irvin's strike against himself is he has had some off the field problems, but he has seen the error of his ways. So I'll just say that if I could vote for the hall of fame, Irvin would already be in.

Boss Lady is Back

Well the boss lady is back at work,(why she would come back on a Friday is a mystery to everyone), and all is back to normal. I am the flunky who can't do anything right and have never done anything right as long as I have worked here. I have to get a NEW job!

New Year

No fast food
Only diet drinks
Walk -- Exercise
Drink lots o' water
Clean up my nasty bedroom and my nasty bathroom
Keep it clean
Go to Church
Pay off a few debts, $200 at a time
Get away from my boss lady
Start taking classes
More reading and less TV
Volunteer for something

That's all I can think of now, but more to come. By the way, today would have been my grandmother's 98th birthday. She has been dead since 1999, but it doesn't seem that long, and it also seems like she is still here. I miss her very much.
