North Korea?

I almost forgot, -- we don't want North Korea to have nuclear weapons either. We have been mad at them ever since they shot down Colonel Blake back during the Korean Conflict. And don't get me started on the way the North Koreans messed up Hawkeye's mind and liver for that matter.
