Raise??

Sure does seem strange to read the Knoxville newspaper on Tuesday and read about the govenor giving the state employees a 1% raise. Yes you read that right 1%. Then the very next day, we get to read about Phil Fulmer (who is also a state employee), getting a raise from 1.8 million dollars to 2.05 million dollars. GOOD GOD that is a $250,000 raise.
